Smoked Garlic seasoning will give your dish a deep and rich smoked aroma.
You will need:
Chicken – 1 whole carcass (weight 1150 g)
Smoked garlic seasoning – 2.5 heaped teaspoons.
Barbecue or soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
Sweet ground paprika – 2 tsp.
Salt – 1 tsp.
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
Wash and dry the chicken, cut it down the back, and place it cut-side down. Mix 1 teaspoon of smoked garlic seasoning with salt and 1 teaspoon of paprika, rub the chicken, and marinate for 2-2.5 hours in the refrigerator.
In a separate small bowl, mix 1.5 teaspoons of seasoning, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, and 2 tablespoons of sauce. Brush the bird on both sides with the resulting "mush." Transfer to a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius for 1 to 1.5 hours (depending on the size of the chicken), basting occasionally with the juices. Serve hot, garnished with fresh vegetables.
